RETAINER PACKAGES



Retainer packages are a great option if you require ongoing monthly support as they are the best way to guarantee my time every month. My time is tracked and you will receive weekly updates on the hours used so that there aren't any unexpected surprises! Retainer hours expire on the last day of the month however, I’m sure we can agree on a valuable way to use any remaining hours. Any additional hours needed will be charged at my standard hourly rate. Please note that all retainer packages are on a 3-month minimum contract with a 1-month notice period thereafter.

PAY AS YOU GO



This service is perfect if you need any ad hoc tasks to be completed or if you require more flexibility. My time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. My pay as you go rate is £35 per hour and the minimum billing time for this service is 2 hours.

I would like support but I’m unsure how to decide which tasks to outsource?

I suggest spending some time analysing your work and writing down the tasks you typically do in a working week. Start by highlighting the tasks you don’t enjoy doing, you don’t need to do yourself and that are too time-consuming. Then create a separate list of anything you would like to start doing in your business that you either don’t know how to do or you simply don’t have time for. This will help you to pinpoint which tasks to outsource.

How do you track your time?

I use a time tracking software called Toggl Track to record the time I spend working on tasks. I provide clients with weekly updates and a breakdown of the hours used.

Do you work with international clients?

Absolutely, I work with clients based all over the world. That is one of the benefits of working in the online space!

I require support with a task that is not listed under your services. Are you still able to help me?

Please drop me an email with your support requirements and I will assess whether I can assist you. If I’m not able to support you, I may be able to refer you to another Virtual Assistant or service provider who specialises in that area.

How do you communicate with clients?

The majority of our communication will be through email and a project management tool called Trello. We will also have regular video calls on Google Meet to plan upcoming projects and tasks.


If you have chosen the Platinum retainer package I will also be available to you on Slack.

Are you insured?

I hold professional indemnity insurance and I am also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
