HELLO, IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU!


I'm Alexandra, the founder of Virtual APC. I work with busy and ambitious business owners helping them to streamline their workload. Essentially, I run the back end of their business, allowing them to regain their time and, in turn, giving them the freedom to focus on doing what they do best. I started my own service-based business with the vision of combining the skills I had developed throughout my career, with my highly organised and meticulous nature, to support inspiring entrepreneurs in the online space.


Running a business is hard work and you shouldn't have to do it alone. My aim is to help you manage that never-ending to-do list so that you can get back to doing what you love while achieving success in your business.


I’m a reliable, fast-learning, dynamic and open-minded person who loves being organised and helping others. I pride myself on always going above and beyond in my work and I enjoy building strong relationships with my clients. I only work with a handful of clients at a time so that I’m able to give every one of them my full attention.

I offer a broad variety of cost-effective services ranging from business admin and operational support to social media and tech. I have a BA (Hons) Modern Languages degree in French, Italian and Spanish and I really enjoy being able to offer my language skills as a service.


Prior to running my Virtual Assistant business, I worked in various fast-paced admin roles within the international school sector. I have been fortunate to have been involved in many exciting projects over the years and I have gained an array of skills including admin, customer service, operations, sales, marketing and events.


Being a Virtual Assistant allows me to do the work I love while supporting small business owners from all over the world who share the same values as me. I have always worked in an international setting and this is an aspect of my career that is important to me. I am constantly growing and developing my skills and I enjoy the challenge of managing my own business. I wake up every morning feeling excited about what I do and the wonderful clients I work with.


When I'm not working you'll find me exploring a new corner of the world. So far I have travelled to over 40 countries and I have been lucky enough to live abroad 5 times too. So when we work together there is a good chance you’ll find me in a new city every time we speak! Aside from travelling and discovering new cultures, my other interests include photography and swimming. In fact, my first ever job while I was at school and university was as a swimming teacher! I also enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family when I'm at home in the UK.
